 We are seeking a TikTok media buyer to join our team of high-performance marketers. As a Senior Tiktok Media Buyer, you'll work on the cutting edge of TikTok paid advertising. You will be responsible for optimizing and successfully scaling the campaigns you implement on behalf of the company. You will be working closely alongside other senior team members including google media buyers, email and SMS remarketing teams, and leadership, in order to deliver great results.  Please note this role need to work EST hours.

Build, optimize and manage TikTok campaigns for projects whilst working closely with our strategies and aligning with the company’s short and long-term goals.
Working with team members to set monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals and objectives and KPIs - taking ownership of those that you set.
Analyze and optimize campaigns around our goals and KPIs using data-driven insights and tactics.
Develop internal relationships via weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings both independently and as part of a wider team. Displaying high-level communication skills including concise communication of learnings and insights, both qualitative and quantitative, with the ability to lead sometimes challenging conversations and meetings.
Create reports that showcase results, insights, and roadmaps for future creative and paid strategies.
A finger on the pulse of all things DTC and paid advertising in order to hypothesize and implement new tests, suggest new and creative strategies, spot industry trends, provide relevant insights to the team and put our projects in the best possible position for success.
Assist with new business audits, pitches, and proposals where required.

3 years+ of related Paid Tiktok media buying experience for ecommerce, SaaS or Apps.
Previous experience managing paid media (TikTok ads)
Strong experience with Google Drive, Spreadsheets and Docs
Ability to analyze raw data, strong pattern recognition and formulate insights that allows you to shape broader strategy.
Understanding of how different media channels work together in a broader marketing eco-system to drive results.
Problem-solver mindset, heavy attention to detail and flawless execution of all assigned tasks
Exceptional communicator
Excellent writing, grammar and communication skills
Implement best practices and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Understands our business and the KPIs.
